Craft Challenge – Recycle Containers

For the past 10 months my friend and fellow blogger Wanda, over at A Wandafulthing, and I have been challenging ourselves monthly to tackle a craft.  This month it was use a recycle container.  I used a milk carton as I needed something to organize a drawer in my kitchen and thought the sturdier carton would work.  The cereal box is a catch-all for papers and notebooks on my desk

I used wrapping paper I already had for the cereal box and the milk carton I used a heavier paper more for scrapbooking.  I think they both turned out okay and have the file box on my desk as I type!  Note I am keeping my pink theme going.

Check out what Wanda did using a vintage caramel jar, paint and christmas ornaments.  I was blown away!  You have to see the before pictures – especially of the jar!!!  Unbelievable.

Check out our other monthly challenges below.  Next month we are making a wreath.  Your imagination is your only limit.  We would love for you to join us.
