This week the word is release. WOW a word that at times can pack a powerful punch. Release as in letting go of fear, angry, toxic relationships and self-doubt. Without release we can carry a lot of needless baggage around and miss out on opportunities. Releasing negative thoughts and not letting ourselves downward spiral we can start creating a more positive life/situation sooner. Releasing is something I am constantly working on.
My other thought on release was yoga – when the instructor says lower your shoulders and at that moment you realize they are up – all the time. Just taking and releasing that breath can be a calming and centering moment. Do it.
